Follow your art - a tag in blue, white and red

Hello my dear crafty friends, it's Anita from the Design Team here today to show you a tag I've made:

It is based in the January Rubber Dance challenge colours which are:

Here's the step by step of how I made this tag:
I used a #8 tag and coloured it with Distress Ink in two shades of blue.

Then some stencils and a baby wipe to remove some of the ink through the stencil.

Spritz with water for some bubble effects

Stamp with black Archival Ink

Black Soot Distress Ink around the edge and some drawing with a black pen

Watercolour paper and Ecoline watercolour paint

Stamp with red Archival Ink on top of the paint after it's dry to achieve a bit texture

Then stamp with black Archival Ink on top of that again

Use scissors and cut out the flowers. Colour the flower stalk with the black pen and glue them down on the tag with glue pad. I used a white gel pen to colour some dots on one of the flowers.

I glued some bling on one of the other flowers

Hope you feel inspired to join the Rubber Dance January Challenge. There is an awesome prize to win.

Rubber Dance stamps I've used on this tag are:

I wish you a fabulous and creative day!

Hugs, Anita

This is gorgeous. Never used ecoline paints but those colours are so bright and beautiful. Love the tone on tone and black stamping. Your doodles are fun and add beautiful interest. A tag to treasure. Big HUGZ
